locked out even after deleting NukeSentinal

I am partially locked out of my admin area after a failed attempt to install NukeSentinal. I had made a backup of all affected files, and restored those backups, but I am still getting a Illegal Access Detected!! and only about half of the menu items in the Administration menu showing. I am running version 7.3 or 7.4, I don't remember. I need some help.

That's documented in the Patch 3.1, I believe. That's not a NukeSentinel requirement as much as NukeSentinel is obeying the 3.1 Patch rules.
