How to reset Newsletter value from 0 to 1 in phpmyadmin

I want to use PHPmyadmin to change a value in my nuke_users db.

I want to resubscribe everyone to my newsletter. The quickest way would be to use phpmyadmin, however, I don't know the SQL query to run.

I want to change the value for 'newsletter' if its 0 to 1.

How do I do that

update nuke_users set newsletter=1

There's no reason to check if it's a zero. Just reset all.
