Donat-o-meter only works for the admin...?

Greetings all, new here.
I have installed Nuke Treasury 1.1, set it up in the DB etc, and it works fine for me as the admin. I can see the block, make donations etc, no problem.
BUT, if I log out of the admin, and just act as a normal user, I still see the block, but as soon as I click on "make a donation" I get "Sorry, this module isn't active!".

I have had someone else test it and they get the same error.

Should I have installed v1.0 first?
Any help greatly appreciated

Have you activated the module in the nuke administration control panel for all users?

Ummm, no I had not, but I have now, and it works a treat, thanks heaps...
