Block: User Info... Wrong user count... by 1

I think the update was done to make sure Admin isn't counted, but "Anonymous" shouldn't be counted either.

In any case, I total the count from nuke_users and subtract 2 because I know I have Admin as a user, and Anonymous as a user (for where I allow anonymous things).

Anyway, maybe a quick update?

?? Admin is counted as a user because it is a user. Anonymous is NOT counted.
