Can Someone Help Me With Nsn Banner Clients?

after creating an account the clients cant login they get

Client Login was Incorrect.

can someone help me please

im using php-nuke 6.8 with 2.8 patch and NukeSentinel
with NSN_Banner_Clients_UNI_127

i paid for this and i cant get it working:( Sad
