NukeToolBox not working..

Well like in this post

I have this problem as well but, I have no address given.

I have not changed anything other then the
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

All I did was add a user name & password. up loaded the NukeToolBox to my root, tried to access via
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

And the message I receive is.
