I have FeedBackPlus module installed and have my second form setup and looking OK my question is how to create a link to the URL that appears in the listing of FeedBackPlus forms any help will be appreciated

Normally, you can do that by adding the correct variables and values at the end of the URL that specify the content you want. I'm not familiar with FeedBackPlus, but when I checked, what I found was old. What version / date are you using, and where did you find it?

Wow...That one is bit old. But if you're asking how to create a link to a specific form, you should be able to got to that form and copy the address / URL. What am I missing?

yes it is old almost as told as I am Laughing what I would like to have is a drop down box for the listing of my forms something like what's on this Site

If you look at the bottom of that page, you'll see a copyright notice, that contains information on how to download the Contact Plus module, which has the functionality you're looking for.

ok i got the NukeStyles ontact Plus: Version 1.5 and Configure and working but I get this on the ontact Main page
'Unknown column 'uname' in 'field list'
is this not a database table problem ?

I think 2.2b is the latest version. That error message is definitely a database problem - it seems to be looking for a field that isn't there. I don't even remember version 1.5 - it could be so old that it's using the wrong table layouts for your version of PHP-Nuke. I suggest upgrading to the latest version of Contact Plus.

got it had to a full install the update give me an error So I cleaned the database , and did a full install thank you very much for your help ,
