Hoi,

sorry for the poor english,

I have the probleem that if a new user register that automaticly the user become's suspended, so then i have to login as admin to activate the user again and than it works fine.

Nuke 7.6 patch 2.8 and YA 4.4 final

Can someone plaese help me with that.

I have never seen that. Do you mean waiting?
If so turn off admin approve.

Hi,

No it is not waiting but suspended, i checkt and admin approve is no.
what i think is that in the sql db the suspended is std yes so if you can tel me were to find it in the db i can check it for the std setting.

In the config the setting is Expiry Options->Suspend users after: Never

If there are suspended users you can return them to active using the following commands from phpmyadmin.

UPDATE nuke_users SET user_active = '1' WHERE user_active = '0';
UPDATE nuke_users SET user_level = '1' WHERE user_level = '0';

Hi Rob,
probaly you have a setting in your cnbya admin panel
that says 'expire in first pageview' and autosuspend enabled.

BTW. In the next version of cnbya we will feature a unsuspend-all feature...

Thanks for helping, but in the config line autosuspend is off alrady, so that is ok but the problem is stil there.

Is there a way to disable the suspended option on a difrend way?

Hi back again,

I fund the prob in the db nuke_users and then user_level was on 0 std that was the problem.
