Your Site Navigation Block...

So, how do I go about getting, finding, using a site navigaiton like yours. I like the idea of the scrolling modules... I have searched - but no luck.

look more..

for example - look to www.nukecops.com or www.portedmods.com. This are just only two sites, there are tens more.. Razz
