I need a payment module!

Hello everyobody,
I've search too much for that i need but Donate'o'meter,NukeTreasury and etc...don't cover my needs!
I know it's to naive to believe someone will spend his time for my module and will do it without any payment....but i want to describe what exactly i need:
I want my users to can enter a sum of money that they can pay per month for support to the organisation!
(I have theme on paper....but i want they to be subscribed in the site,and also i can to give them special permissions & rangs...)
exactly i need a new field in Profile module,and other users to can see this field!And for the current user ,for example if he's not made his pay up for one month the SUM he have been enter to be multyplied in depends of the months he doesn't pay up! It's all about i to check & fix it the SUM after he paid!And in the end that what i need is!
1.Added field in Your_Account for Registrationand for Changing profile.
2.A simple icon in My_account for registered users when they click there to see the Sum they offer to give per month!And the date when the sum will be multiplied for the next month
3.A table in AdminMenu where i can see list of users and would change their sums if they have paid! (or just a simple table in phpMyAdmin where i can do all of this things.)
That's all!
Thank you if you can help me to find something like this,or smth to be easy modified an to be compatabled with my needs!

I you don't wish to spend money on a module that meets your needs try setting up the subscriptions for monthly.
