Some blocking problems..

Hey Raven,
I just did a new install of 7.5 with the 2.6 patches, and installed Sentinel 2.1.1.
Install went well, but one of my admins was blocked trying to create a block. That was fine, i fixed that. Heres the prob:

He sent me info of the block referencing the date of 12-31-69 or something to that effect, and in Sentinel it did not show his IP or was it in the .htaccess file.

Is he a protected admin? If so, he will see the block screen but nothing will be tracked.
