How to ruin your reputation in 5 minutes

Well I think I've done it now.

It's the time of year for huge black hairy spiders to start coming indoors for the winter here, and last night we had about 9 of them in total, the last 2 being found in the bedroom last night Shocked

I am terrified of them, and my poor husband, who is waiting for a hip replacement so cannot walk very well, managed to hobble out of bed and kill them.

I settled back to get to sleep and something crawled in my ear. *horror*
I leapt out of bed screaming "Get it out of my ear! Get it out! Get it out of my ear!"

I think I woke all the neighbourhood up as I leapt around the bedroom shaking my head on one side and screaming and panicking. rofl

I rushed downstairs to wash it out with water,but as I got the glass in my hand it came out. It wasn't a spider at all it was a moth. Oh my didnt it sound loud!

I felt such an idiot, and I just stood there shaking all over.

So now my neighbours probably think we have some weird stuff going on in the bedroom rofl
