Advertising links to sites not working

After deleting my website i uploaded 2.30.1. No problems (actually it was a pretty sic upgrade believe me...) no i didn't actually upgrade I deleted the old site completely including mysql.

I haven't got to test everything out, but I am having a problem with the advertising.

The banners load, the admin all works, but the links such as:
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

go to a blank page in firefox, and in IE it goes back to my site, instead of where it should go.

I reloaded the advertising module, and nothing changed. I downloaded the same version last night, and uploaded the advertising module again, still nothing is different.

I could use some help on this.

The latest release is 2.40.01 and there was an issue with it. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I don't remember any issue with 2.30.1. I would recommend using the latest release.

hmm it was 2.40.1 not 30.1 and that fixed it... too bad it didn't show up when i searched advertising or i would have found it - thank you so much
