Unable to query WhoIs information for

I recently get this a lot: Unable to query WhoIs information for (my IP-adress here)

I then request a password change to see if that has anything to do with it. So I get the confirmation code, I get the temporary password, I change it to something I want to have as a password.

Then after a few days when I come back here: same thing Unable to query WhoIs information for ......

What is going on?

I've also tested this with internet explorer aside from firefox.
aparentely it keeps on logging me out without any reason...

still getting this error, is there anybody who can fix this? It's getting quite frustrating :p

Are you talking about the ip lookup in the user info block?

Nope, I was referring to user login, my bad.
Might this be one of the issues on the long list of cache related problems perhaps?
