If you are using a theme with NukeNAV you can get to a page, say the index and in the menu bar you should see a button saying SEO, click on that and you should be able to adjust keywords etc.

If you do not have the SEO link in your theme menu activate the block. The block will show you the keywords for each page and allow you to edit them.

Note: You will will not get an edit link while in the admin area.
