Just upgraded to 2.6.01 and many of the admin areas are now blank. Below are some details to hopefully narrow down the issue.

The primary sentinel(ABMain) works normally
Database maintenance works normally.

The following modules show site header, blocks and the sentinel header (Nuke sentinel enabled - click here to check new version) but everthing else is blank.
Blocked IP, Blocked Rance, Excluded Range, Protected Range, Tracked IP, Country listing, Blocker Config, Search Addresses and Template Menu.

The following modules result in a completely blank page.
IP To country, Harvester, Referer, String and HTTPAuth

I properly updated the IP database to the latest.
All databases show as "OK"
The nsnst.php script showed a successful upgrade.
I uploaded the files several times with two different FTP clients to help ensure no upload corruption.

Any thoughts on what the issue might be? If you require further detail, please let me know...

Please can you turn on Error Reporting and let us know any error messages you get.

What version of NS have you upgraded from?

Never think to check the logs.

RAW PHP log when trying to access blocked IP menu.
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function ipbanmenu() in /FULL/PATH/TOMYDOMAIN/www/admin/modules/nukesentinel/ABBlockedIPMenu.php on line 16

RAW PHP Log when trying to access Harvester Menu.

PHP Warning: include_once(modules/Your_Account/admin/language/lang-english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /FULL/PATH/TOMYDOMAIN/www/modules/Your_AccountNONE/admin/case.php on line 20

PHP Warning: include_once(): Failed opening 'modules/Your_Account/admin/language/lang-english.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-pear') in /FULL/PATH/TOMYDOMAIN/www/modules/Your_AccountNONE/admin/case.php on line 20

What version from? Good question - I failed to notice, but I think it was a late 2.5x version? I did think about that after the fact, but I would think there would be some logic built into the script that wouldn't allow me to skip a version if not supported. I might be wrong on that.

Any help would be appreciated, but now that I'm looking at the logs, I'll look into this myself as well.

One issue is I don't seem to have an ABAuth.php file. Strange - I need to check the backups to see if this is a new file or if it went missing during the upgrade.

I might be missing a few files...

So I guess my issue is skipping a version in the updrade. It appears several files have been introduced that the upgrade missed.

So, now that I where I am, any thoughts on the best path to get a good install. I could just upload the files from a full install, but I would think I would be missing other components.

Best bet is to uninstall NS and reinstall using the full package.

uninstall/re-install - that did the trick.

Thanks for the help...
