Thanks, jakec.. I wish I had seen that first. The fix is simple enough. But it won't hurt to rename a commonly used variable in web_links admin - just in case there are other addons that clobber $title.

The moral of the story is to make your variable names unique to the addon...

Yes, for global variables that is a good idea. It is too bad PHP doesn't have namespaces like C++.

I hear that is coming Gremmie. I least I read about it in my PHP5 classes book that it is being worked in PHP6.

Good deal. Classes in PHP5 help a lot to reduce name collisions, but namespaces would really be nice.
