How can i update phpbb to the newest one without loosing all of my info?

Go to NukeResources's Downloads and do a search on "BBtoNuke" and you will find the individual patch files.

You can also download the RavenNuke package here and within the Utilities folder you will find a zip file of all the patches from 2.0.10 to 2.0.22 (the latest).

You will have to run each individual upgrade PHP script from your version on up to 2.0.22 in sequence.
