Hi,

I've been searching online for a few days looking for a PHP example of paging through a database.

Displaying X amount of rows of data with the option to page forward or backward at the bottom..

Have any of you seen a simple example of this in your travels?

The forum method of stepping through posts is to complicated for me. lol

I was working on fixing some notice errors in /downloads/index.php recently and they have a $perpage variable in there and use that to control output. You could look in there and search for that variable and see if you could clone any of that code.

Check out the LIMIT clause in SQL. A lot of scripts that do that kind of thing generate links that control the LIMIT clause.
