Private message link not working for all members

Hi all,

I have set up RN 76 for Thor Detachment, Marine Corps League (http://www.thormarinecorpsleague.org/index.php). The commandant of the detachment and his wife has a problem accessing the Private Message area in their respective accounts; "trying to access a restricted area" is the error they are getting. Sad

The settings are correct in the forums control settings and in the individual members profiles. I have reset it and it works when tested, but not when they try it. Could something be amiss in the database? If so, where do I look? I would like to put away my flak jacket soon on this issue. Embarassed

It works for me in my profile.

Check that the Private Messages module is allowed for all registered users in your admin panel -> Modules area
