Users Web Link Submissions not saving through to admin mod.

I'm really confused.

How can a registered user who submits a weblink .... have their submission "disappear" when a non-registered user, a guest submits a weblink which goes to the admin section for approval... 4 times (and suspiciously appears to have been added by using a script and sentinal was asleep)? I was searching for the non users IP to ban them when I found the user who had submitted a link that should have been waiting for approval!

I'm wondering now how many others have recently submitted links that end up in the void and if its just the weblink module. I've completed a fresh install (couple of months ago) and moved to a new server.

I had a similar problem some years past with another site using 7.3 where user's weblink submissions were disappearing. This issue was raised at NukeCops but it appears there was never a solution.

Do you have any recent logs where this occurs? I would like to see it fixed.
What version of Patched are you using?

I think I am using 3.2b ... I have a directory on comp that's named 3.2c .. but I think I just named it that to differentiate between downloads (I had problems downloading at the time) - if that makes sense.

And if you mean raw access logs I just discovered I haven't been saving them but the feature is now activated, other than that I have the sentinal IP Tracking info.
