anyone ever see this image bug before or know how to fix it..

the little dots have been replaced with question marks.

those are not images...but <li>
so if they show like you described its a browser prob or a messed up doctype.

try another theme...see what happens..

Generally is a CHARSET problem using the (ampersand)middot; code. I would go ahead and use the HTML "li" element instead

evaders99, is that some new fangled language, its all greek to me. ROFL.

I'll google and see what i can learn, but i have no idea what your talking about.

Google CHARSET, specifically how to set it. phpNuke default uses ISO-8859-1 but your server may be set to something different, UTF-8 usually
