Right side blocks not showing after upgrade.

Blocks on some of the pages, including FNA, are not showing up, (such as lan party, login, etc) However on some of the links such as groups, but only when the administrator looks at it, (because I a- haven't figured out what these new things do yet, and b- haven't activated them)

I seem to remember having this problem before, but didnt notice the fix looking back at my posts.

Any ideas on how to show my right hand blocks?
