I want to restrict registration on my site so that all applications have to go to admin for approval, is there any way it can be done?

My personal opinion is smilies are an annouyance on the webpage, but this is just me. Very Happy

You can create a smilie pack from your smilies admin. Do that after you get one way set up then try another. ...
