Right Colum Problems

I have just installed the Ravens PHP-Nuke v7.6 with 1.40 Path (Full Distro), followed the Readme files to configure it all correctly, however, on all of the default themes, the right colum is displayed correctly, but when I upload my custom theme, it no longer has this colum. So I decided to post here.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
