My site is blank? HELP!

I hope this is an OK place to post this, I am having trouble with this installation:
Alright, I am trying to install phpnuke platinum on my server again since I wiped out all my files because there were too many errors on the last site. This time I followed the instructions to par and I have done everything right.

So far I have: Uploaded all platinum files, created mysql DB, and mysql USER, then created all the tables in phpmyadmin.

There is one step I am not so sure if I have done right, please tell me if anything should be changed.

(Says to open config.php and change variables below)

$dbuname = "dillon_platinum";
$dbpass = "********";
$dbname = "dillon_platinum";
$prefix = "nuke";
$user_prefix = "nuke";
$dbtype = "MySQL";
$sitekey = "*****************************";

$subscription_url = "10thclan.us";
$admin_file = "admin";

What is wrong with this? This is the only thing I can think of that could be the reason my site is not loading when I type in the address, http://www.10thclan.us

Help greatly appreciated, and if you could check out your mysql database/username and compare it with what is in your config.php (root folder) that would be awesome, thanks.

yes, , I called the support thing and my html folder was supposed to be called public_html. sorry.
