How do you stop private forums being viewed

I checked out the link you gave in a previous post but it all went over my head. Shocked

I have installed your scrolling forums block (side block) but want to stop unregistered users reading all topics that are shown, so I've made the block so only registered users can view it at the moment, but I'd like unregistered to see it, I need to prevent all members from reading admin/mods forums. And non-club members reading the club forums (ie; club forums for club member group/admins/mods only).

How do I do that please? (as simple as possible) lol
