Ravens PHP Scripts - HTML Newsletter Released for Persian Nuke

Izone has graciously created a modified version of the HTML Newsletter module specifically for Persian Nuke. The language files have been translated and the module has been modified to support the right-to-left orientation of the Persian language as well as to produce a proper date format.
