currently under going beta tester and should be released by 1 june

has full control of blocks set time, cache compression, cache user level
has full module control set time, cache compression, cache user level

cache file manager so you can delete a single cache file of a single block or all the cache files.

more feature will possibly follow depends on what i aim to do with this.
