Since you have a relatively new installation I might recommend a re-install. I'm not convinced your user table is working properly, your error logs show references to old files, and it seems as though you may have missed some steps in the installation process.
It would probably be easier to start over making sure to follow the instructions step-by-step... We could probably go back and forth for weeks trying to figure out what's going on with your site @ current.

Hmm, alright I will give this a shot, is there a way to backup how my current site looks ?
should I delete the mysql database? |

If you do do this, backup your site and database before you do so you can undo any changes you do not like. I am going to pm you a htaccess file to put in the root of your website and see if it helps. |

I have done everything that was suggested except reinstalling the website and i still have the same issue, "no user was found " guess I gotta reinstall the website |

Well Users can now register But they cannot post on forum, I tried created an account and posted, but I kept getting "Invalid Session- resubmit form" |

There are a lot of posts related to the Invalid Session. It is usually because the cookie path in the forums is not set |
