not able to stop them from visting certain urls with sentinel..but google .htaccess and ull see plenty of ways to stop ppl from visiting those urls. or u could do a php approach and include the keywords to certain urls and make the nuke strip it.
if im not mistakin the un ion codes in the url get stripped by an edit in the mainfile.php |

but its not 100% secure,there are ways to bypass ... |
