I switched on force nuke url and now all im getting are blank pages.Nothing is working,I cant even get back into admin to switch it off.Please help.

Use phpMyAdmin and edit the nsnst_config table. Change the value of the setting to 0 (zero)

Still not getting anything.I just noticed that when i try to go to my site,its automatically sticking a second /html in there.Example,normally it would be

Check your Preferences and make sure the Site URL is

You can use phpmyadmin to check what is set in the nuke config table.
