User Submited Articles format

hello there, does anyone know where is the piece of code in nuke where formats the stories submited by users and finally posted by admins???

I have those italics and " ", on the begining and end of the article, and really want to remove them

that is the submit_news module and not sure if you meant this?

i have looked at this file but i think that is note there.

I can see how this line gives this outcome. Isnt there.

To understand what i mean check home of this site, you can see one post starting like this

refiner writes "DesignWicked and Phpcusa have released four new theme. Ph-BCindel, Ph-BRCindel, Ph-GCindel and Ph-RCindel. All themes

refiner is the user submited the article and the text displayed is in italic. Even if you try to edit as admin you can not change it (remove italic text efect and remove " . When i try to edit it everything appears ok but when i save it is displaed like this.

Remove the italics by editing theme.php. Search for and remove all references to <i> and </i>.
