I will try and explain myself in a way that can be understood.

On monday I installed php nuke on my website. It is in a directory other than the root directory. With this machine and this machine alone i can administer the website, I can create new users and they login fine as long as i use my other computer, if i use this pc i loose all controll over the site. The identity I use on this pc is not being recognized and Im always anonymous and I can not run the forum either. How is the God User not being Recognized. Please help this has been a problem for a week now and I want to open the site up for buisness.

As I recommended at NC, since your customization has been small, I'd reload everything if I were you.
