I want to create a scrollng box that indicates top paypal donators.

There would be several solutions, but the easiest would be to use the marquee tag. But NN versions less than 7 (maybe 6) won't work. In that case, you would need a JavaScript implementation. Do a goole seach for "javascript scroll" or "javascript scroller" or "javascript scrolling text".
