NSN Your Account 7.6

Hi,

I need to disable email verification for my local installation because I cannot register users. I have heard that NSN Your Account is a good tool for managing users, but that it also has some potential problems with patch level 3.1.

Is it safe to install NSN Your Account 7.60 on Ravennuke 2? If so, where can I download it? If not, is there a substitute?

I haven't tested NSN YA 7.5 with RN76 2.0. Another alternative is CNB YA 4.4.2, which also hasn't been tested with RN76 2.0. It will likely also have issues with patch level 3.1 since it was released before version 7.6 (which was before 3.1).

So what do people with local installations do? (blah)@localhost is an invalid address for the email address field in the registration page, and local installations will not relay my "online" email addresses.

What is tested?

Im getting slammed with viagra spam.

jay99, as I mentioned on another post, there is a version of CNB YA 4.4.2 that works with RN (search and read the posts carefully as there are some setup issues that need to be addressed). But I'm not sure what that has to do with your viagra spam issue... Email verification is your site sending email to new users.
