Signing Guestbook error

Everytime I try to sign the guestbook, I get an error

Warning: fopen(kisgb.csv.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/tigerbat/public_html/gb/addtogb.php on line 115
Unable to access

In the installation instructions there are instructions about setting permissions on certain files and folders. Check that out and ensure that you have set permissions correctly.

I get this one.

As I said in the post above yours, this is a permissions error on your server. kisgb.csv.php must have permissions set to 666 or 777 . This is all detailed in the installation instructions Smile

Use your control panel or your ftp client and modify the permissions. Your Host should have sent you instructions for your particular setup.

my host advised me to go into my ftp browser and right click the "kisgb.csv.php" file and click properties. in the 9 boxes make sure that they all have a check in them to make the file all access "executable/writable/readable"

it worked !!
