im registred but every time i click on something to download it from the site it tells me i have no permission was try to get a few nuke modules and it wont let me anyone able to help with this?

gives this error

You don't have permission to access /public/downloads/AutoActivate-v7.zip on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
