Please help - unable to vote or delete poll

I have a fresh install of 7.0 at

Yesterday, I edited the original poll with my own. When I saved/changed/edited the poll, instead of going to the admin page, a blank (admin) page appeared. I then clicked in the URL field and the admin page appeared with the survey. However, when I tried to vote, instead of the vote being added, it remains at 0. I tried to delete the poll, but this fails.

I do have other modules installed but I cannot work out the problem. I have tried searching here in the forums and at NukeCops but am unable to find anything which would point me in the direction.

Prior to this, I had a problem with the modules block (I was unable to change who had access to the modules) which was "cured" when I installed a NSN Groups (140).

I would be very grateful for your assistance Raven.

I haven't heard of this before. Was the problem there before you applied the NSN mod?

I deleted and did a fresh install - including deleting and reinstalling the sql tables using phpMyAdmin 2/5/5. I am using php 4.12 and MySQL 3.23.39

I created SuperAdmin and then I then tried to vote with the installed poll. It does not seem to want to count the vote and the result is still 0.

Any suggestions please?
