FCK Editor in Reviews module

Has anyone already incorporated the FCK Editor into the reviews index.php ?
Thought I would ask before I started on it

you may have to configure some filtering to secure the module. (Use check_html() I guess).

I'm working on a class that allows you to replace any textarea in Nuke with one line of PHP. It includes a replacement for check_html and the kses HTML filter class - based on a discussion with none other than...sixonetonoffun. I could use a little help six... Having trouble with subdomains.

Simular to the nukeurl vs subdomain on some servers in NukeSentinel I'd bet?

Not sure about that. It works on some sites with subdirectories, but not on the test site - either using the subdomain or subdirectory to access. I've tried many different combinations of setting the basepath - but nothing works.

I'm setting up another test site to see if it's really a subdomain / subdirectory issue or something else...

kguske - sounds like an interesting project you have going there.
I just did a quick install myself and the first thing I noticed in the readme was edit this, edit that etc if your not using the root directory - wouldnt it be easier to declare a global $nukeurl to save all that hassle?
Your thoughts appreciated.

In the latest version, there is no need to edit anything for the root directory other than whatever textarea you want to use. Then again, it didn't work correctly on one of the test sites. It works well on the other sites I use it on.

nukeWYSIWYG includes a replacement for the mainfile check_html function that allows filtering HTML using the kses class. Sixonetonoffun had the idea and provide significant assistance in making it happen. You can also define different security levels - for example, to give admins full authority to all FCKeditor functions, vs. visitors or members.

The function is designed so that you can replace FCKeditor with SPAW or another HTML editor if you like. I'm thinking of doing a SPAW version, and adding the ability to configure for which functions not to use it.

Yes you are right regarding no editing needing to be done *if* nuke is installed in the root directory but I was thinking out load as to why it would need to be edited at all when we can use $nukeurl to tell it where it is by pre defining the path but then I guess, there will always be someone that wants to install it outside of the conventional nukeroot/modules directory path.

Sorry - I meant in the latest version of nukeWYSIWYG. I added some code that eliminates (hopefully) the need to edit the basepath setting in 2 files regardless of whether it's in the root path or a directory. Theoretically, it should support having a subdomain (http://demo.mydomain.com) or a subdirectory (http://mydomain.com/demo). As soon as the install completes, I'll verify that...

After a minor change, it does work for both subdomains and subdirectories on the same site. But still not working on the 2.0 test site. There must be some sort of conflict, but I've checked for javascript conflicts and can't find anything. Six, any ideas?
