Scrolling Stuff

I posting on ravenwebhosting but i was told to come here. I found the download for the scrollig forum but it says I do not have permission to download.

Did you try to download without using the passcode? Please post the exact message. Thanks.

i've tried without the passcode, it says I need it this is the message I get when I go to download the scrolling forum using the passcode:

You don't have permission to access /public/downloads/block-ForumsScroll.zip on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i have disabled my one firewall and it still comes up, is there anyway that you could email me the file or if you know of another place to get it, it would be helpful thanx
