SQL Error : 1054 Unknown column 'ban_userid' in 'field list'

I was hoping you could help me out. I'm using nuke 6.9

When my users post a reply in the forums they receive this message.

Could not obtain banlist

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1054 Unknown column 'ban_userid' in 'field list'

SELECT ban_userid FROM nuke_bbbanlist

Line : 635
File : D:\XXXX\includes\functions_post.php

The weird thing is the message is still posted.
If you have some time I'd appreciate some help. Thanks much.

This looks like you have added a mod that altered the functions_post.php file and probably a table. Then, you either replaced the table or backed the mod out but haven't replaced the functions_post.php file with the original.
