If you look at my site you'll notice that I've changed "Topics" into "Faculties" in order to suit my site. I'd also like to create a section for admin (the principal and deputies) away from the various department. Although, I'd like their news to appear in the same page...

Does anyone know of an easy way to do this?

Could I pull this off by duplicating the topics module directory and all its contents. Renaming it.. Changing some of the mysql queries from topics to admin.. And creating a new table in the mysql database with the appropriate name.. I'd duplicate the topics table...... Hmmm.. Just thinking out loud here.. Does this make sense?? Could anyone provide any help?
