I was curious if the Chat feature of CPanel amounts to anything good? So far it doesn't work for my site - but I haven't really tried hacking at it to make it work. Before I did so, I thought Id ask if it's any good and if people were using it.

No ,its a nice chat but to big...
There are a lot of chat modules.
personaly i prefer the chat mod of tufat.
But i dont understand what you mean by ...hacking it..?
