Sentinel Blocked me

Yeah thats it, this is probably a common thing, i googled it and searched it but I coulden't find a solution to the problem, this is what comes up:

You need to post the entire Header part of your email, from the Date and Time through the Request Method. Do not mask anything out because there's nothing in there that is confidential.
