Any ideas why I'm getting the folling error when I try to log into the phpBB via the "Log in" form at the bottom of the actual Forum index page?

Code:
The requested URL /modules/Forums/modules.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Here is the link to the forum on my site:

Thanks for any help in advance!

You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

But then it redirects to :

weird?

And on that page it shows ......

Not Found
The requested URL /login.php was not found on this server.

But the active link behind "Click here to try again" is :

So somewhere an url or path is not what it should be...
Did you entered something wrong in the forum config?

Well for the Script path I left it at the default /modules/Forums/

Is that not correct?

One thing I noticed is that the user actually does get logged in but the forum is just not loading up after you click the button to login. But if I click back I can see the user is logged in.

Another thing I noticed is that the Log Out link in the Forum does not seem to work. The user never really gets logged out.

Any ideas what is going wrong? Anybody?
