Need help renaming themes

I downloaded some themes but would like to rename it to words instead of something like wdkfjkdaf

Normally a search and replace will do. You just need to check if the image filenames include the original themename too. Then you'd need to be cautious not to change those. And of course leave existing copyright notices in place and unchanged.
