Dreaded PHP Nuke Blank Module Pages

I know there's been a lot of concern over different bugs causing "begone" errors and blank html pages for some admin's on their php nuke pages.

I've searched for 4 days now before posting this:

I'm running PHP-Nuke 7.5 with an addon "4nCalendar".

My regular users arent having any problem and I can usually function fine around the site.

On my machine whenever I try to login as a "normal" user I get blank pages. once this happens I have to delete my cookies before I can go to any pages on the site.

I am guessing that your experiencing an issue with the browser cache or possibly cookie corruption. One possible solution would be to use the CNB YA module as it has a routine that verifies the cookie status. It also allows you to set your own directory which can be nice on shared hosting where there is more potential for cookie sessions to be corrupt from other domains and subdomains on the same server. Though changing the path can create a lockout situation and its not recomended to people who aren't at least familar enough with phpmyadmin use to find the config in the database and change it manually.

Also there are some "speed hacks" that can cause this so if you've made changes to the is_user or is_admin functions in mainfile.php it might be a good idea to revisit them especially the is_admin function.
