Kaput Theme

Kaput theme banners don't work.
Fix:
change global statement to:
global $user, $banners, $sitename, $slogan, $cookie, $name, $prefix, $dbi;
also while you're there, change the word NukeNews that is hardcoded to Kaput.

hey, just realized Kaput/images/pixel.gif doesn't exist, maybe that's why FB
had Kaput theme pointing to NukeNews/images/pixel.gif.

if it was me i would copy pixel.gif to Kaput/images in case admin ever removes NukeNews theme directory.
