I ran analyze.php and it said i needed to change the sitekey value. It also says to leave off the quotes, but when I went to change it, I noticed that there were quotes in the default sitekey. Since this is a config file, I am a little hesitant to make the adjustment without double checking with my nuke buddies.

First of all, not changing it is no big deal. It's only used in an algorithm to create the security code. However, you have to use quotes around the value because it is a quoted string. I don't know what message you're referring to, but maybe it's being misinterpreted? If you do change it, be sure not to make it larger. If it gets too big you won't be able to login and will have to change it again.
It reads that when you change the site key makes sure you do not use quotes, meaning inside the site key. I found this mildly confusing at first myself but figured it out...
